Growing up with fondness for animals  which he inherited from watching a plethora of content pertaining them in the presence of  his beloved late Mary Tibbs. Chaz Offutt, CEO and founder of Pawtners kennel LLC had countless experiences handling all breeds of k9. With over ten years of boarding, walking, grooming and basic training Chaz 's passion grew. In February of 2022 PKLLC was established after our infamous foundation female Doja K9 exemplified tremendous strength giving birth to 13 pups that were self-whelped and house broken within 4 weeks of life.
